Vol. 43 No. 7

Business of the Dáil.

We propose to take the business on the Order Paper in the following order:—No. 1, 2, 8, 9, 4, 5, 6, 3, 7, and 10.

May I ask if it is only the First Stage of Order No. 7 that is to be taken?

I understood all stages of No. 7 of the Order announced were to be taken.

Can we hear from the Government Benches if that is so?

We want all stages before the Dáil rises; by to-morrow at any rate.

The Order of Business towards the end, as given, is Nos. 3, 7 and 10.

I have just been informed that not all stages of No. 7 on the Order Paper are required to-day, only the stage mentioned on the Order Paper.

I ask, then, if that is not departing from the agreement made yesterday with regard to the Order of Business?

Mr. Boland:

Except there is objection taken to the formal things in the front of the Order Paper. There are two formal matters there. Is objection taken to them?

Deputies:

No.

In respect to item No. 10, has the Bill been circulated?

The Army Pensions Bill.

Mr. Boland:

That was a mistake.

May I ask, with regard to item No. 7 on the Order Paper if all stages are to be taken to-day, and if not, how many stages?

Mr. Boland:

All stages, if possible, but if not we want it to-morrow, and we intend to get it.
