Vol. 46 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tipperary Grants Withheld.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state the amount of grants withheld from the County Councils of Tipperary N.R. and Tipperary S.R., and the reasons for withholding these moneys.

It is assumed that the Deputy refers to the Agricultural Grant for the current year. The unissued balances of this grant will be paid in full to the county councils before the 31st of March.

Does that apply to all grants?

To the agricultural grant.

My question dealt with all grants due to the county council. May I take it the reply covers all the agricultural, estate duty and other grants?

It covers the agricultural and the estate duty grants.
