Vol. 46 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Housing on Kildare Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether any representations have been made to his Department regarding the application of Mr. Thomas Donnellan, Derry, Donadea (Dobbs Estate), County Kildare, for a grant to complete the erection of his house, and whether any decision has yet been arrived at, and if so, whether he will state the nature of the decision.

Application has been made to the Land Commission by Mr. Thomas Donnellan Derryvarroge, for a grant for the completion of a house. The holding which he states he occupies on the Dobbs Estate (now vested in the Land Commission under the Land Acts 1923-31) was returned by the former owner in the Schedule of Particulars lodged for the estate as in the occupation of Mrs. Catherine Smith. The matter is under investigation.
