Vol. 46 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Kildare Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether representations have been made to his Department in connection with the division of land at Foxhill, Athy, County Kildare, formerly owned by Mr. William Harrington, Gallows Hill, Athy, which is at present held by the Land Commission, whether he can state if a scheme for the division of the land has been prepared, and, if so, when the land is likely to be divided.

The holding to which the Deputy refers would appear to be the holding of the late Maria Harrington, which is subject to a Land Purchase Annuity for repayment of an Advance made under the Land Act, 1903. The holding is at present in the occupation of William Harrington, a son of the deceased registered owner, and is not in the possession of the Land Commission.
