Vol. 46 No. 6

Written Answers. - Acquisition and Division of Meath Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether any representations have been made to his Department regarding the acquisition and distribution of the unoccupied lands in the possession of Charles Lewis, Ladyrath, Rathkenny, County Meath, whether the Land Commission proposes to acquire these lands and, if so, whether he can state when the division of the lands will take place.

The lands referred to by the Deputy comprise the holding of Charles T. Lewis containing 114a. 2r. 20p. in the townland of Ladyrath on the estate of Sir H. de Bathe, County Meath. Representations have been received regarding the resumption of this holding and the matter has been noted for investigation.
