Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Flour Imports in Donegal.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state (1) the quantity of foreign flour imported into the County Donegal during the months of January, 1933, and February, 1933; (2) the amount of duty paid, and (3) the quantity of flour imported free under permit.

(1) The quantities of wheat flour imported into the County Donegal were:—

January, 1933

3,936½ Units of 280 lbs.

February, 1933

5,796 Units of 280 lbs.

(2) The amounts of duty paid were:—

January, 1933

£984

4s.

9d.

February, 1933

£869

3s.

11d.

(3) The quantities of wheat flour imported into the County Donegal free of duty under licence were:—

January, 1933

Nil.

February, 1933

2,320 Units of 280 lbs.
