Ceisteanna.—Questions. Oral Answers. - British Claims Suspense Accounts.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state with regard to the item in the National Accounts described as "British Claims Suspense Accounts" (1) how many such accounts have been kept; (2) the date upon which each was opened; (3) where each such account was kept; (4) the amount in each such account at the end of the first week in each month since the account was opened; (5) the amount of the accumulated interest on each account at the end of the financial year, and (6) the special purpose or purposes to which the sums in these accounts have been appropriated and the dates of such appropriation.

As a large number of figures is involved in the reply, I propose to circulate it.
