The general question of Rules of Court is at present being considered by my Department with a view to the elimination of certain of the difficulties which have in the past been experienced in the making of such rules.
In the meantime in view of the provisions of sub-section (5) of Section 5 of the Landlord and Tenant Act, 1931, the absence of rules under that Act does not, so far as I am aware, cause any great inconvenience.
