Vol. 47 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Number of Unemployed Registered.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the number of persons registered as unemployed at each Employment Exchange in the Saorstát for the weeks ending the 29th October, 1932, and 1st April, 1933, respectively.

As the answer to the Deputy's question is necessarily rather lengthy I will have it circulated with the official report. The figures are for the dates nearest to those mentioned in the Deputy's question for which statistics are available.
