Vol. 54 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Bounty on Export of Rabbits.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he intends to pay a bounty on the export of rabbits so as to help farmers to deal with the damage done to their crops by this ever increasing pest of rabbits; and if so, if he will state when such bounty will come into effect, and what will the amount be, per brace of rabbits.

Dr. Ryan

The question of paying a bounty on the export of rabbits is under consideration. The usual public notice will be given if and when it is decided to offer a bounty of this kind.
