Vol. 54 No. 11

Written Answers. - Purchase of Edgeworthstown Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he can state what steps the Land Commission have taken to acquire portion of the estate of E.R. Miller, Glenlough Lodge, Edgeworthstown, to relieve congestion in the district, and if he can state when it is likely to be divided amongst the congests whose names have been sent to the Land Commission.

The question of having an inspection made of that part of the lands of Killinagh recently offered for sale to the Land Commission by Mr. E.R. Miller is, at present, under consideration, but, at the present state of the proceedings it is not possible to state when these lands, if acquired, will be divided.
