asked the Minister for Justice if he will state if he has information that moneys or any part of same derived from the sale of Easter lilies are to be used in the purchase of arms for unlawful purposes; if any permit for the sale of such emblems has been sought and granted; and what action, if any, it is intended to take against the publication of advertisements of the sale of such emblems.

The answer to the first part of the Deputy's question is that I have no such information. As regards the second part of the question, no permit has been sought or granted. The answer to the third part of the question is that it is not proposed to take any action in regard to the advertisements referred to.
