I move: "That the Dáil agree with the Committee in Resolution No. 7." This Resolution is intended merely to bring Section 7 of the Finance Act, 1932, into accord with the Control of Manufactures Act and Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act. The real purpose of the Resolution is set out in Section 3, where a "qualified person" is defined as a person who is a citizen of Saorstát Eireann.
