asked the Minister for Lands if he will state in respect of each county the number of men employed on forestry work in each separate locality and indicate such localities by name, and if he will state the rates of pay observed for each grade of worker and the number of persons employed in each such grade in each locality.

A statement, showing the information desired, is being prepared and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible.

Will the Parliamentary Secretary give an undertaking that there will be no further reduction in wages pending the preparation of the statement referred to?

That is a separate question.

Will the Parliamentary Secretary undertake to have the particulars he is furnishing to Deputy Davin circulated in the Official Report?

If necessary.
