Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Irish Cattle in Abyssinia.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will cause inquiries to be made as to the possibilities of opening an alternative market for Irish cattle in Abyssinia as the war situation there might probably create a demand.

There is no indication of the war situation giving rise to a demand for the importation of cattle into Abyssinia.

There is no alternative market there.

Would the Minister consider trying Manchukuo?
