National Maternity Hospital, Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1936—Message from the Seanad.

The following Message was received:—
Seanad Eireann has passed the following resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Eireann is desired:—
That it is expedient that a joint committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the National Maternity Hospital, Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1936 being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the charter under which the governors of the National Maternity Hospital, Dublin, are incorporated, to alter the name of that corporation, to confer further and other powers on the said governors, to provide for the administration and control of the affairs of the corporation by an executive committee and for other purposes relating to the said hospital.

I move:

That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their resolution communicated to the Dáil the 4th day of March, 1936 that it is expedient that a joint committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the National Maternity Hospital, Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1936.

Resolved accordingly.
