Vol. 60 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Site of Tipperary Tuberculosis Hospital.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will take the necessary steps to ensure that if the South Tipperary Board of Health has available already as its own property an equally suitable site, a site costing approximately £2,000 will not be purchased at the ratepayers' expense for the proposed new tuberculosis hospital.

The question of the acquisition of a site for the proposed tuberculosis institution is receiving consideration. I am not aware that any site, the property of the Tipperary (South Riding) Board of Health and Public Assistance, has been found suitable for the purpose.
