Business will be interrupted from 7 o'clock until 8.30 p.m. to take item No. 3; then No. 2, if not previously concluded, will be resumed; Public Business not to be interrupted to take Private Members' time.
Order of Business.
When the Minister says business will be interrupted at 7 o'clock to take item No. 3, does he mean just one Estimate out of No. 3, or the whole of No. 3?
