I have to announce that I have received a letter from Deputy Conor A. Maguire, dated the 3rd instant, informing me that he had on that date made the declaration prescribed by law on his appointment to be a judge of the High Court of Saorstát Eireann, and that he, accordingly, ceased to be a member of Dáil Eireann.
