Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Tipperary Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what progress has been made by the Land Commission regarding the taking over of the Heffernan estate, Marlahill and Dogstown, Cashel, County Tipperary; if an inspector has visited the estates, and, if so, what is his report, or if the lands have been gazetted for division when they will be divided.

The Land Commission have had the lands of Dogstown inspected and the question of acquisition is at present under consideration.

The Land Commission propose having inquiries made regarding the lands of Marlahill.
