Vol. 66 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tax on Military Pensions.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he can state if, as part of an income-tax reciprocal arrangement, information regarding pensions awarded under the Military Service Pensions Acts to persons within their respective jurisdiction, is furnished to the Governments of (a) Great Britain, (b) Northern Ireland, and (c) the United States of America; and, if so, whether he will indicate the number of persons in each case in respect of whom such information was communicated during the last financial year.

The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. The second part of the question, accordingly, does not arise.
