Vol. 66 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Ballyporeen Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what steps he has taken to see that the lands of Patrick O'Donnell, Ballyporeen, Cahir, County Tipperary, and also the lands of James Phelan, Lisfunction, Ballyporeen, County Tipperary, are taken over for division, and why an inspector has not visited those lands, and if he will say when those lands will be gazetted for division.

Mr. Boland

Inquiries are in hands in connection with the lands of Lisfunction and Carrigavisteel, held by Mr. James Phelan. The Land Commission can trace no record of lands at Ballyporeen held by Mr. Patrick O'Donnell.
