Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Galway Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission has yet received a final report regarding the Shaughnessy estate, Laraghbeg, Ballyglunin, County Galway; and, if so, if he will state how many acres of land the Land Commission intends to acquire in order to relieve the 29 congested tenants in the neighbourhood whose total valuation is only £146.

The Land Commission are having an inspection made to ascertain the suitability for their purpose of the lands of Laraghbeg on the Shaughnessy estate, but the inspection has not yet been completed.
