Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Codd Estate (County Wexford.)

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Land Commission propose to divide the Codd estate situated at Cotts, Tacumshane, County Wexford.

As the Land Commission have not yet obtained possession of the untenanted lands of Cotts on the estate of George Codd, they are not at present in a position to say when the lands will be divided.

Are the lands in process of being taken over?

Proceedings have been instituted, but no decision has yet been arrived at.
