Introduction of Bills. - Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Bill, 1937—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to regulate, for the purpose of the Constitution of Ireland lately enacted by the people, elections of those elected members of Seanad Eireann who are required by that Constitution to be elected from panels of candidates, to define the electorate for such elections and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with such elections.—(The President.)
