Vol. 69 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Naas Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the estate of the representatives of the late P. Fagan, at Broadfield, Naas (Receivable No. U.4929), for division, and, if so, when the estate is likely to be acquired.

The estate of the representatives of Patrick J. Fagan, at Broadfield, is the subject of inquiry by the Land Commission as to suitability for their purposes, but until the inquiry is completed it will not be possible to state whether the lands will be acquired.

When will the inquiry be completed?

Mr. Boland

I am not now in a position to state that.
