Written Answers. - Domestic Exports.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the volume of domestic exports, being the quantities of exports, valued at 1930 prices (graded for normal seasonality) for each of the months January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, 1931, and the average monthly value of such volume for each of the years 1929, 1930 and 1931.

The figures for the volume of domestic exports, corrected for seasonality, for each month of 1931 are published in a table on page xlix of Trade and Shipping Statistics, 1930 (P. No. 590). The average monthly volumes of exports (being the quantities of exports valued at 1930 prices) in the year 1929, 1930 and 1931 were, respectively, £3,703,000, £3,714,000 and £3,340,000.
