Vol. 69 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Provision of Bus-stops, Dublin City.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state whether any regulations have been made under Section 147 of the Road Traffic Act, 1933, regarding the provision of bus-stops in the City of Dublin, and, if not, if he will state when such regulations are likely to be made.

The reply to the first part of the question is in the negative. Bye-laws for the purpose referred to are being made by the Commissioner of the Gárda Síochána under Section 118 of the Road Traffic Act, 1933, and I expect that they will be submitted to me for confirmation early in the New Year.
