Vol. 69 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Kildare Holding.

asked the Minister for Lands whether he is aware that an inspector of the Land Commission promised Mr. James Christian, who was recently allocated a holding on the Kennedy estate at Bishopscourt, Straffan, County Kildare, that a pump would be erected for him, and if he will state when it is proposed to erect the pump.

Mr. Boland

The Land Commission propose to sink a well and erect a new pump on the parcel of land allotted to James Christian on the Kennedy estate. They are not at present in a position to state when the work will be carried out but it will be done as early as possible.
