The lands in question appear to be comprised in the holding of Francis Killian containing 325 acres, 1 rood, 37 perches in the townland of Rathcreevagh, on the Pollard estate, County Westmeath, record No. S. 3114. There are no proceedings for the resumption of this holding but the question will be the subject of the usual inquiry by the Land Commission before the resale of the Pollard estate is completed.

The Land Commission have under consideration the question of the resumption of this holding and are making inquiries into the matter.
