asked the Minister for Defence whether he is now in a position to state if a report has yet been issued concerning the application for a service certificate under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, made to him by Mr. William Heavey, Cloon-keen, Attymon, Athenry, county Galway, and, if not, having regard to the serious condition of Mr. Heavey's health, he will take steps to expedite the investigation.
