Vol. 69 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Wexford Claims for Military Pensions.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state the names of all the applicants for military service pensions from County Wexford (under the Military Service Pensions Acts, 1924 and 1934), who have up to date been granted such pensions, together with a statement of the amount granted in each case and the rank on which each grant of pension is based.

Lists are being prepared and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as practicable.

asked the Minister for Defence if he has received an application for a pension from Francis McGuiness, Abbey Street, Wexford; and, if so, if he can state whether a decision has yet been arrived at in this case.

An application for a service certificate under the terms of the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, has been received from Francis McGuiness. No decision has yet been reached in the case.
