Pursuant to Rule 8 (1) of the Appeal Committee Election Resolution, passed by Dáil Eireann on the 12th day of January, 1938, I hereby declare the following candidates to be elected to the Appeal Committee provided for in Section 13 of the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act, 1937:— Patrick Beegan, Michael Brennan, Michael Colbert, John A. Costello, Joseph Hannigan, Michael J. Kennedy, Timothy Linehan, Patrick J. Little, Ben Maguire, Séamus Moore, Daniel Morrissey, William Norton, William O'Brien, John M. O'Sullivan and Patrick Smith.
