Vol. 70 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Erection of Cottages in County Dublin.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether the amended plans for the development of the site for the erection of 158 cottages at Finglas Bridge, Finglas, County Dublin, have yet been approved; whether the additional land required for the development of the site has been acquired by the County Dublin Board of Health, and whether he can state when the erection of the cottages in question will be proceeded with.

As indicated in my reply of 27th October last, the approval of plans is conditional on the acquisition of additional land. It is understood the board of health have now completed negotiations for the acquisition of the additional land and that proposals in the matter are about to be submitted for my approval. I am not in a position to say when the erection of the cottages will be proceeded with.
