Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tithe Rent.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state (a) what is the total amount due annually under the title tithe rent in Éire; (b) what is the total in each county; (c) in what counties has this charge been halved as in the case of the annuities, and (d) as from what date.

The reply is in the form of a tabular statement, which will be circulated in the Official Report.

Following is the statement:—

(a) (b) Statement by counties of the estimated amount of tithe rent charge (and equivalent interest on redemption prices of tithe rent charge) on lands the subject of sale proceedings under the Land Purchase Acts, due annually, and the total amount for all counties.
