Vol. 70 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Hartigan Farm (Clare).

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state if representations have been made to the Irish Land Commission to acquire and distribute amongst landless men and uneconomic holders the Hartigan farm at Deerpark, Clonlara, County Clare, and what action the Land Commission propose to take in the matter.

Mr. Boland

The particulars supplied are not sufficient to have the lands in question identified. If the Deputy would be good enough to furnish the Land Commission with the name of the rated occupier of "the Hartigan farm" to which he refers and the Ordnance Survey name of the townland in which the lands are situate, further inquiries will be made in the matter.
