Vol. 70 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - New Cork Sorting Office.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state what progress has been made since October last in respect of the completion of the internal construction of the new sorting office at Cork, and if he is now in a position to state when the premises will be ready for occupation.

The preparation of plans for the necessary work on the building is in hands and it is hoped that a contract will shortly be placed. A date of completion, however, cannot yet be fixed.
