Vol. 72 No. 5

Ceisteanna.—Questions. Oral Answers. - A Kildare Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the lands of Miss Nolan at Carrigeen, Castledermot, County Kildare, for division; and, if so, how the matter now stands.

Mr. Boland

Inquiries have been been instituted regarding the estate of the representatives of F.J. Nolan and Catherine Nolan, comprising 433 acres of the lands of Carrigeen North, in order to ascertain the suitability of the lands for the purposes of the Land Commission, but at the present stage of the proceedings it is not possible to anticipate a decision.
