Vol. 72 No. 5

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take the business on the Order Paper as follows:— Presidential Establishment Bill; Public Hospitals (Amendment) Bill; Estimates for Public Services, Nos. 57 to 71, inclusive; then Imposition of Duties (Confirmation of Orders) Bill; Industrial Alcohol (No. 2) Bill; Financial Resolutions, Finance Bill, and Vote No. 70 — Export Bounties and Subsidies. If the business be not finished at 7.30 progress will be reported to take Financial Resolutions; Finance Bill, and the Estimate for Export Bounties and Subsidies.

That is different from the programme we got.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce is dealing with Estimates No. 57 to 71, and also with Items 6 and 7, and if that business is not concluded at 7.30 progress will be reported and Financial Resolutions taken.

Can the Tánaiste say when the motion on the Order Paper, in the name of Deputy Keyes and myself, dealing with the Unemployment Assistance (Second Employment Period) Order will be taken?

It is not likely to be taken to-morrow.

Probably next week?

Next week or the following week.
