I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are required to give effect to any Act of the present session to make provision for the payment of allowances to members of each House of the Oireachtas in respect of their duties as public representatives and for the grant to such members of free travelling facilities in connection with those duties.
