* In the case of the recently instituted colony at Clongill, the cost of equipment of the holdings is not yet available.

The arrangements made for the repayment of moneys advanced for the purchase of the holdings are those which are applicable to ordinary advances under the Land Acts, 1923-36 i.e., land purchase annuities are set up at the rate of 4¾ per cent. on the amounts advanced on resale and these annuities are revised under Part III of the Land Act, 1933. In calculating the amounts of the advances on resale, allowance is made for the value of the occupation interest in the migrants' old holdings.
