Vol. 78 No. 5

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Items 3 to 9, inclusive, Item 2 to be taken in its appropriate place. If Item 4 (Pigs and Bacon Bill) be not completed by 6.30, business will be interrupted to take Items 5 to 9, Item 4 to be resumed not later than 8 o'clock. The business interrupted will be resumed when Item 4 is completed.

When will Item 6 come on?

If at all, between 6.30 and 8 o'clock. The discussion on the Pigs and Bacon Bill will be interrupted from 6.30 to 8 o'clock and Items, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 will be discussed in the interim so far as progress is made with these Items.

Will they be discussed in that order? I understood that the order would be 5, 6, 8, and 7. Items 5, 6 and 8 are virtually non-controversial. Items 7 and 9 may raise points which will require discussion.

Then we shall take up Items 5, 6, 8 and 7.

Will the House sit to-morrow?
