asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the holding of Mary Larkin, Lissitava, Hollymount, County Mayo, Congested Districts Board Sligo estate, comprising an area of 7 acres, 0 roods, 20 perches, was sold at public auction for £185 in June, 1938; that the Land Commission refused to sanction sale, and on November 4th, 1938, published a notice of intention to apply to the Appeal Tribunal for leave to resume the holding unless a petition against resumption was duly presented by the tenant; that no petition was presented by Miss Larkin; and if he will now state the cause of delay in paying Miss Larkin for her holding.
