An application for a service certificate under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, has been received from Mr. Connell Joseph Flood, Mill Street, Pettigo, County Donegal. The application has been referred to the referee who, however, has not yet reported to me on the case.
Can the Minister give any forecast as to when he is likely to get the report of the referee?
