asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state in respect of each week during 1939 the weekly sum payable by way of widows' and orphans' pensions under the non-contributory part of the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Acts and the average number of beneficiaries.
Separate figures in respect of each week during 1939 up to the end of November are not available, but the weekly sum payable in respect of non-contributory pensions and the number of non-contributory beneficiaries as at the last day in each month in that period are set out in tabular form and will be printed in the Official Report.
