Vol. 78 No. 14

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Business on the Order Paper, Nos.1, 2, 5, 6, 7—Vote No. 73, then 8 and 9, and back to 7 for the purpose of dealing with Votes Nos. 52 to 55. Public Business will be interrupted at 9 o'clock to take Private Deputies' Business.

Would the Tánaiste say whether it is intended to deal with the Valuation Bill or to drop it? The Bill has been on the Order Paper for a long time.

The intention is to go ahead with it. I cannot say now exactly when. The Government is still standing by that Bill and will go ahead with it at a suitable time.

Why is it being pushed down on the Order Paper?

The Order Paper changes from day to day.

And the Government policy changes on valuation.

It has remained solid.

Not on valuation.

On valuation, yes.
