Vol. 81 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - James's Street Post Office, Dublin.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state whether negotiations for the acquisition of the site for the improvement of the accommodation at the James's Street Post Office, Dublin, have been completed; and, if so, when it is expected that the work of reconstruction will commence.

The negotiations for the acquisition of the site have been completed and the preparation of plans is being proceeded with. I am not in a position at this stage to indicate when reconstruction is likely to commence.
