Vol. 81 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Reopening of Dublin Laundry.

asked the Minister for Defence whether in view of the large increase in the defence forces since December, 1938, when the Dublin District Laundry, Parkgate Street, was closed, he will consider the question of reopening this laundry and so reemploying the employees then discharged.

The matter referred to has received the fullest consideration, but I regret that it will not be possible to have the laundry reopened.
