Vol. 83 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Extinction of Spirit Licences.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the number of publicans' licences extinguished and the amount of the compensation paid in respect of such licences and in each county during each of the past five years.

No abolition orders under Part IV of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927, were made during the period mentioned, and consequently the question of the payment of compensation did not arise.
