Vol. 489 No. 6

Written Answers. - National Lottery Funding.

Dan Neville

Question:

647 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if a lottery grant has been paid to an organisation (details supplied) in County Limerick. [8972/98]

A grant of £10,000 was allocated to the organisation in question in July 1997 under the sports capital programme. In line with standard procedures, payment of the grant is subject to the organisation providing specific documentation and information confirming that the development complies with the terms and conditions of the programme. My Department will write to the organisation shortly requesting outstanding invoices in order for payment of the grant to be made. When these are submitted and found to be in order, payment will be made.
